Welcome to the 10th WSGA Parent-Child Championship!
CHAMPIONSHIP DETAILS
Eligibility: Entries are open to two-player teams with a parent-child relationship. Partners may have more than one generation between them, (i.e. a grandfather may play with his grandson or granddaughter). Relationship with child may be natural, adopted or stepchild. Both partners must be members in good standing of a WSGA member club; and each have an active GHIN number and USGA Handicap Index, issued by a WSGA member club not exceeding 36.4 for males and 40.4 for females, at the time of entry.
Format: 18-hole Chapman Stroke Play (gross and net)
Three different sets of tees will be used.

Men and boys over 12 years old in the Championship Flight will play a longer set of tees (~6,300 yards)

Men and boys over 12 years old in the 1st Flight will play a shorter set of tees (~5,800 yards)

Ladies, girls and boys 11 years old and younger will play a separate set of tees (~5,300 yards)

Age Limit: No age limit
Handicap Limit: Entrants must have an active GHIN number and USGA Handicap Index, issued by a WSGA member club, not exceeding 36.4 for males and 40.4 for females, at the time of entry.
Field Limit: 48 teams (Field fill method: Exempt teams followed by order of entry receipt).
Entry Fee: $165.00 per team
Entry Deadline: July 2, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. (PDT)
Entry Includes: One round of championship play, warm up range balls, tee prize, hosted lunch following play, Kusak crystal for top finishers, and a merchandise payout ($1,500 based on a full field).
Exemptions:

Champions earn an exemption in to the 11th WSGA Parent-Child Championship to be played in July of 2019.
